When you submit our contact or tour request form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. We use this information to answer your questions and respond to your request.

Please avoid including sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, payment card details, or your child’s medical records, in website messages.

Website statistics

We use Jetpack Stats, a service provided by Automattic, to understand website traffic and improve our website. Jetpack processes information such as IP addresses, browser information, pages visited, referring websites, visit times, and approximate country.

Kids Rock sees website statistics rather than individual visitors’ IP addresses or WordPress.com account identities.

Service providers

Our website hosting, email, and analytics providers process information as part of delivering their services. Messages submitted through our forms are delivered to our email account so we can respond.

How long we keep information

We keep website inquiry emails for three years, then delete them.

We collect enrollment documents and sensitive child information through paper records rather than email. These paper records are maintained separately from website inquiries.
